Episcopal Formation · Leadership · Kingdom Transformation

Build the kind of leadership your city and nation need.

For established Pentecostal and Apostolic leaders who are ready for greater responsibility, stronger formation and wider service.

More than a title.

01Character & accountability
02Leadership formation
03Community transformation
04Constructive national engagement
The challenge

Pentecostalism is growing. Our public credibility must grow with it.

Cameroon needs Pentecostal leaders who are spiritually mature, ethically grounded, professionally prepared and visibly committed to the common good.

We don't want Pentecostalism merely to be tolerated by the nation. We want it to become demonstrably valuable to the nation.

Our response to criticism should be development: stronger leaders, better standards, accountability, meaningful collaboration and measurable service to communities.

The vision

We are not building another denomination.

The Fellowship is envisioned as a platform for mature Pentecostal and Apostolic leaders to pray, learn, mentor, collaborate and serve together—without taking control of independent churches.

Unity

Build relationships and mutual understanding among established leaders.

Formation

Develop leaders capable of carrying greater responsibility with integrity.

Service

Turn spiritual influence into constructive community and national contribution.

The formation pathway

Episcopacy as responsibility, not decoration.

The objective is not simply to produce more bishops. It is to develop better leaders whose office is matched by character, competence and service.

Biblical & Episcopal Foundations

Episcopal leadership, pastoral oversight and responsibility.

Character & Ethics

Integrity, accountability, discipline and ministerial conduct.

Leadership & Governance

Administration, mentorship and conflict management.

Kingdom Transformation

Connect spiritual leadership with practical community development.

National Engagement

Capacity for constructive engagement with institutions and stakeholders.

Consecration

Qualified candidates who complete formation and assessment may proceed toward consecration.

The larger vision

Imagine mature Pentecostal leadership in every major city.

Leaders who mentor younger ministers, connect institutions, strengthen communities, promote ethical enterprise, support education and contribute constructively to national development.

The question is not: Do I need another title? The question is: Am I ready for greater responsibility?

Are you ready to become the kind of leader your city and nation need?
